Our application process includes three forms. Please print out the application information below, complete each form, and fax them to our community at (919) 851-6583. If you prefer, you may bring them to our leasing office during normal office hours.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to
5:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Rental Application Form — Please fill in the necessary information ONLINE, then print. If you have any questions please contact us.
- Rental Verification—Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your rental history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
- Employment Verification — Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your employment history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
